Revue Cinema 1 Year Anniversary

Help celebrate The Revue’s 1 year anniversary with a free screening of White Christmas (with a donation of a non-perishable food item) on Thursday, December 4th at 7:30pm. A free community party at River restaurant will follow at 9pm.

We Will Rock You Mini-Production

If you happen to be downtown Thursday afternoon (November 27th), drop by the Toronto Life Square food court where the cast of Mirvish Productions’, We Will Rock You, will be performing an exclusive live show.

“There will be two shows, the first at noon and another at 1pm on Thursday, November 27th. Each show will be approximately 20 minutes and will give you a taste of the amazing full live show on now at the Panasonic Theatre. Come for lunch in the diverse food court and enjoy a free mini-production of We Will Rock You!”

Cavalcade of Lights 2008

The Cavalcade of Lights is an annual city-wide holiday celebration, featuring lighting displays, fireworks, festive events, neighbourhood tours and more.

The event kicks off on Saturday November 29th, 7pm at Nathan Phillips Square with a lineup of entertainment, tree lighting ceremony, and ice skating to close out the evening.

Each Saturday during the festival, (December 6th, 13th, and 20th), Nathan Phillips Square will host concerts, fireworks and skating parties.

Winter Magic Festival – Kidzfest

Downtown Yonge’s Winter Magic Festival presents Kidzfest on the weekend of November 29th-30th, 2008. This family focused event at Yonge-Dundas Square will feature a variety of entertainment and activities for children aged 2 to 12 years of age.
