Free Admission hour at ROM extended

From July 28 – September 1, 2010, the Royal Ontario Museum is extending it’s free admission hour on Wednesdays to begin at 3pm (regularily 4:30pm-5:30pm).

With free general admission to the ROM, you can see The Warrior Emperor & China’s Terracotta Army for just $7 (adult/senior/student), $3.50 for kids – these tickets must be booked online in advance.

Simcoe Day at Fort York

Admission to Fort York National Historic Site is free on Simcoe Day (Civic Holiday), Monday August 2, 2010, 10am-5pm.

Canada Day at Fort York

Admission is free at Fort York, 10am – 5pm, on July 1st, Canada Day.

See musket and artillery drill demonstrations, hourly performances of fife and drum music, and participate in the Fort York Historic District Walking Tour, 1pm, starting at the Fort York canteen.
