CTV Olympic Celebration

CTV is hosting an Olympic Celebration at Nathan Phillips Square on Saturday February 20, 2010 from 1pm-6pm.

The event will feature interactive Olympic themed activities and demonstrations, along with live performances from Justin Hines, Fefe Dobson, and the Barenaked Ladies.

Free Kids Admission at Toronto Zoo – Family Day Weekend

On Family Day / Valentine’s Day weekend, Friday February 12 – Monday February 15, 2010 (9:30am-3:30pm), “children 12 and under, who bring a valentine for their favourite creepy crawly get in FREE (maximum of two children per adult)”.

LOVE BUGS have taken over our Education Auditorium, so stop by to check out interactive bug exhibits, get up close and personal with some really cool bugs, create some bug-tastic crafts or get your photo taken at the Shutter-Bug station!

Free admission for “Tigers” at Bata Shoe Museum

AGO Free Admission Hours

The Art Gallery of Ontario offers free admission for the following groups:

  • General Public – Free every Wednesday evening, 6pm-8:30pm
  • Ontario Teachers – Free with valid ID from Ontario College of Teachers
  • Ontario high school students – Free with student ID, Tuesday – Friday, 3pm-5:30pm

Christmas Flower Show

The City of Toronto’s annual Christmas Flower Show runs from December 6, 2009 to January 10, 2010 at Allan Gardens Conservatory and Centennial Park Conservatory. Both are open daily from 10am to 5pm (Dec. 13, 20 and 27, until 7 pm).

Admission is free. Donations to the food bank are welcome.
