Free Screening at Toronto International Film Festival

“The Festival is thrilled to present the world premiere of a new work by a leading French director in a free mystery screening” at the AMC Yonge & Dundas 24, tomorrow Saturday September 12, 2009 at 6pm.

Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis two hours before the screening.

Free Toronto International Film Festival Screening

Today is the final day of the 2008 Toronto International Film Festival, and a free screening of the Cadillac People’s Choice Award winner, will be shown tonight (Sat Sept 13), in the Visa Screening Room at the Elgin Theatre at 9pm.

The film will be announced later this afternoon and tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 7pm. Visit tiff08.ca for further details.

Toronto International Film Festival @ Yonge-Dundas Square

The 2008 Toronto International Film Festival kicks off today and throughout the duration of the festival, a number of free events will be taking place at Yonge-Dundas Square, including concerts and “Movies on Movies” – a series of free outdoor screenings dedicated to the art of cinema.

The festival will conclude with the first-ever Public Festival Wrap Party at the square on Saturday, September 13th.
